Who am I anyway?I’M AN EX-EXEC STRATEGY DIRECTOR TURNED FOUNDER, SPEAKER AND COACH.
I spent the last 17 years in strategy and innovation consulting, helping companies big and small navigate, and enjoy, change. I’ve been on global leadership and exec teams, worked with FTSE 100 & Fortune 500 companies, as well as early stage founders with a nothing by a hunch (and a lot of ambition).
I’ve seen a tonne of innovation and transformation projects fail for 2 reasons: lack of alignment in the organisation + going for an all or nothing approach to transformation. So I now do the opposite: encourage clients to build human connectedness as the catalyst for long sustainable change + embrace experimentation to de-risk change.
